| SNMP must be installed for Heroix eQ to
be able to collect SNMP or TCP/IP statistics and to execute
the SNMP_TRAP or SNMP_SET action. SNMP must also be installed
to monitor Novell Netware servers. Heroix eQ supports
monitoring of Novell Netware 3, 4 and 5 via SNMP from
one or more Windows servers (NOTE: no Heroix eQ software
runs on monitored Novell servers). |
